You can request deletion of your account and personal data from Nozol Click. This page explains the steps required for Google Play compliance.
Deletion steps
- Make sure you use the phone number registered in the app.
- Submit a deletion request via the contact form (select “Account deletion”) or via WhatsApp/call.
- Our support team reviews the request within 7 business days.
- The account is deactivated upon approval, then personal data is deleted.
What is deleted?
Name, phone, email, profile photo, FCM token, favorites, and notifications.
What may be retained?
Anonymized booking and financial records when legally or accounting required.
